BeCalm with me during your pregnancy with an unhurried massage tailored to you and your pregnancy.
I bring together all my massage skills, including maternity specific acupressure/Shiatsu and my experience as a mum to help keep you calm, healthy and strong in body and soul throughout your pregnancy journey.
In the later stages of your pregnancy I work with your body in preparation for birth and can offer sessions for you and your birth partner teaching techniques to use in the lead up to and during labour.

POSTNATAL MASSAGE
from birth onwards (babies welcome too)
A nurturing post-natal massage can help you recover from the birth by giving you much needed time to relax and recharge, helping your body cope with the physical changes that come with becoming a mum for the first or second, third…time.
Pre-crawlers welcome to stay with you throughout the massage, curled up with you or wherever they are happiest.
